This Privacy Policy describes how MyAds ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with MyAds—our software and related services for creating, managing, and publishing advertising campaigns across third-party advertising platforms—and our websites and product interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account and contact data — such as name, email address, organization name, authentication identifiers, and preferences you provide when you register or update your profile.
- Billing data — subscription and payment-related information. Payment card details are typically processed by our payment partners (for example, Stripe or Razorpay); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Campaign and creative content — ad copy, images, videos, landing page URLs, lead forms, audience selections, budgets, schedules, conversion tracking configuration, and related metadata you upload or configure within MyAds.
- Connected platform data — when you connect advertising or analytics accounts (such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok), we receive tokens, account identifiers, and operational data needed to publish campaigns, read performance metrics, manage assets, and maintain the integration. The categories of data depend on each platform's APIs and your permissions.
- Usage and device data — log data, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage, diagnostics, and timestamps.
- AI and generation-related inputs — prompts, brand or product descriptions, and other inputs you submit to AI-assisted features, plus associated outputs, subject to our retention practices below.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and customer support requests;
- Facilitate publishing, optimization, and reporting for advertising campaigns through connected third-party platforms;
- Operate optional AI features to suggest or generate creatives and text, where enabled in your workspace;
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests;
- Analyze usage in aggregated or de-identified form to improve the product.

If the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or similar laws apply, we rely on bases such as: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (for example, securing the Service and understanding product usage, balanced against your rights), consent (where required for certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation.

- Advertising and technology platforms — when you choose to publish or sync campaigns, your content and related parameters are transmitted to those platforms under their terms and policies.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, customer support tooling, security monitoring, and AI infrastructure vendors who process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information for money as traditionally defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

Campaign-related data may be retained according to your account activity, workspace settings, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to exceptions (for example, billing records we must keep).

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we encourage strong passwords and prompt revocation of compromised integrations.
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
